Welding Station Featuring a 48″ x 48″ x 6″ Welding Table

Build a flexible, well-organized welding cell around a work surface that can be accessed comfortably from multiple sides. This complete station combines a 48″ × 48″ Flextur™ Welding Table, a 57-piece Fixturing Kit, a 2-Panel Mobile Tool Board with Base Runner Support, and a 41-piece Mobile Tool Board Accessory Kit.

The welding table measures 48″L × 48″W × 35″H and features a 1/2″ steel top supported by 3/8″ × 5″ struts positioned every 16″. Its 2,000 lb. capacity provides substantial support for demanding welding work, while surface flatness of ±.015″ over four square feet helps maintain consistent part positioning.

Movable 16 mm locator pins work with the tabletop’s 2″ grid pattern to support accurate setups and efficient job changes. Matching holes in the table skirting allow the work surface to be extended in any direction by as much as 24″ when used with a Flextur Fixture Block. This four-sided flexibility makes the square table especially useful for changing part configurations and complicated weldments.

Heavy-duty swiveling and locking 2″W × 6″H casters provide controlled mobility. A full bottom shelf creates space for equipment or materials, while onboard Flextur Tool Board panels keep frequently used tools close to the welding area.

57-Piece Welding Fixturing Kit & Mobile Tool Board

The included fixturing kit supplies a broad selection of clamps, locator pins, brackets, hooks, and organizational accessories for tables with 16 mm holes. It is compatible with Flextur 36″ × 30″ and 36″ × 72″ Stationary Welding Tables as well as 48″ × 48″ Welding Tables with skirting.

The separate Mobile Tool Board Workstation features two 14-gauge Flextur metal Tool Board panels—one on the front and one on the back—along with a sturdy matte-black powder-coated frame. Three-inch swiveling and locking casters make it easy to reposition, and its 900 lb. capacity provides dependable mobile storage for tools, parts, hardware, and paperwork.

The Mobile Tool Board includes a base kit, 73″ vertical posts, and two 36″H × 32″W steel Tool Board panels.

The welding-table top ships assembled, while the base requires assembly. Additional Flextur accessories are available separately for customizing both the table and Mobile Tool Board.
