Give large components and detailed fixture arrangements an uninterrupted eight-foot work surface. This welding station pairs a 48″ × 96″ Flextur™ Welding Table with an extensive 95-piece Fixturing Kit, a 2-Panel Mobile Tool Board with Base Runner Support, and a 41-piece Mobile Tool Board Accessory Kit.
Measuring 48″L × 96″W × 35″H, the table is built around a 1/2″ steel top reinforced by 3/8″ × 5″ struts every 16″. It supports up to 2,000 lbs. and maintains surface flatness within ±.015″ over four square feet, providing a stable foundation for larger jobs and complicated weldments.
The 2″ hole grid accepts movable 16 mm locator pins, enabling operators to position components throughout the long work area and reproduce established setups accurately. Identically configured holes in the table skirting provide additional versatility: a Flextur Fixture Block can extend the working area by up to 24″ in any direction when an assembly exceeds the standard tabletop dimensions.
Heavy-duty swiveling and locking 2″W × 6″H casters allow the station to be repositioned when production requirements change. Flextur Tool Board panels keep essential tools organized near the work, and a full bottom shelf provides additional space for equipment, supplies, or materials.
Extensive 95-Piece Welding Fixturing Kit & Mobile Tool Board Accessory Kit
The included kit provides a comprehensive assortment of vertical and horizontal clamps, locator pins, stops, brackets, hooks, blocks, and tool holders. Designed for Flextur Welding Tables and other tables with 16 mm holes, it is recommended for 36″ × 72″, 48″ × 48″, and 48″ × 96″ Flextur Welding Tables.
A 2-Panel Mobile Tool Board with Base Runner Support provides a separate, movable location for tools and workstation supplies. The included 41-piece accessory kit equips its metal Tool Board panels with hooks, holders, bins, shelving, and frequently used organizational components.
The welding-table top arrives assembled, while the base requires assembly. Every fixturing-kit component is also sold separately, and additional Flextur accessories can be added as production needs evolve.
